This year, AAUW will be voting via "one women, one vote." This means that every member will be able to vote in elections. Please make sure that you have an up-to-date email address on the AAUW National website. You can then opt out online in order to vote online, rather than receiving a paper ballot. Those of you who would still like to receive a paper ballot can do so by not opting out.
By voting online, you are saving money for the state organization. The money saved will go directly to helping the state organization with communications between local and national branches. The saved money will also allow the state to lobby for important issues facing women and girls.
PLEASE, IF YOU ARE ABLE, GO ONLINE AT www.aauw.org AND OPT OUT OF RECEIVING A PAPER BALLOT.
